- What is the purpose of RSMUG?
- RSMUG is a group of business professionals who are committed to encouraging open communication and support to members through the exchange of ideas, networking, and education. IBM actively furthers the RSMUG group with their attendance and support. This is the only Midrange User Group in Nevada. You can email any RSMUG board member for additional information.
- How often does RSMUG meet?
- RSMUG normally meets monthly on the second Friday of the month. Meetings start at 11:30 AM and last for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
- Where does RSMUG meet?
- RSMUG meets at Scolaris Company Headquarters, 255 South McCarran Blvd, Sparks.
- What is the format of RSMUG meetings?
- RSMUG typically has a guest speaker at each meeting. We have had speakers from IBM, various other iSeries vendors, and demonstrations of programming techniques by our members. At each meeting we have a roundtable format and WELCOME discussion on any topic.
- How do I become a RSMUG member?

- Is there a cost to become a RSMUG member?
- YES - The annual fee for RSMUG single memberships is $50.00. Checks should be made payable to: Reno-Sparks Midrange Users Group and can be brought to any of the monthly meetings or sent to:
